With the retirement of Theta and ThetaGPU in December 2023, we have decoupled and reconfigured ThetaGPU to become a new system named Sophia. Sophia is scheduled to go into production on Monday, July 8, 2024. Sophia’s two primary purposes will be to run JupyterHub instances and large language models. PBSPro will be the system’s scheduler.
