On Monday, October 21, we will continue and complete the current round of upgrades on the hosts providing bastion.alcf.anl.gov. bastion-02.alcf.anl.gov will be rebooted and upgraded, and returned to service in the round-robin after its maintenance. In the meantime, all new connections to bastion.alcf.anl.gov will be routed to bastion-01 alone, so as not to disrupt active work. Users logged into bastion-02 should take this opportunity to move their workloads to the active bastion by disconnecting their SSH sessions and reconnecting to bastion.alcf.anl.gov.
