Getting Started with ParaView for DOE Users

On November 5, join us for a two-hour, interactive videoconference that will guide you through the fundamentals of using ParaView—an open-source, multi-platform data analysis and visualization application available at Department of Energy (DOE) compute centers.

In this tutorial, you’ll use hands-on exercises to explore ParaView’s user interface, interact with data, and apply some of the application’s main post-processing filters. You’ll launch ParaView in server mode on compute resources at participating DOE centers, and connect it to a ParaView client on your local workstation. We’ll also cover tips and tricks for best practices with ParaView.

When you register, select the session time that fits your schedule:

• Session A: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
• Session B: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
