Abstract

As the field of engineering grows increasingly diverse and better connected, enabling idea and information exchange is essential for individual and organizational excellence.

To facilitate such an exchange and refine strategies for professional and personal growth in a global market, Argonne and the Society of Women Engineers present "Enabling Exchange to Drive Innovation."

Researchers, entrepreneurs, technicians, administrators, and engineering professionals, students, and scholars of all genders are invited to attend. Technical panels and presentations will discuss effective techniques for driving innovation via commercialization and patents.

These sessions will be complemented with non-technical talks and discussions that explore how attendees can adeptly navigate their immediate workplaces and the broader engineering landscape. Attendees will also fully engage with each other via networking opportunities that are seamlessly integrated into the day’s agenda.
