The interactive webinar will provide an introduction to the Global Extensible Open Power Manager (GEOPM), an open source runtime framework that will be deployed on the ALCF's Theta system. GEOPM can be used for optimization of application power efficiency and exploration of advanced power management strategies for future systems.
