The ECP Annual Meeting highlights the many technical accomplishments of our talented research teams, while providing a collaborative working forum that includes featured speakers, workshops, tutorials, and numerous planning and co-design meetings in support of integrated project understanding, team building, and continued progress.
The annual meeting is foundational to the success of the Exascale Computing Project and provides a unique career opportunity for networking, collaboration, education and training. Today, the ECP research community includes hundreds of researchers, domain scientists, mathematicians, computer and computational scientists, U.S. HPC vendor participants, and project management experts in support of ECP’s key research focus areas: Application Development, Software Technology, and Hardware and Integration.
Along with members of the ECP research community, other important annual meeting participants include members of ECP’s external advisory group, the ECP Industry Council, made up of senior technology executives from some of the country’s most prominent industrial organizations, and of course ECP’s sponsors and stakeholder program managers from the U.S. Department of Energy, both in the Office of Science Advanced Scientific Computing Research (ASCR) and the NNSA Advanced Simulation and Computing (ASC) Programs.
This is not a public meeting. It is open to individuals funded by ECP (research projects and vendors) and staff at the DOE HPC facilities.
