Bryan works on the ALCF's HPC Systems team as an HPC Systems Administration Specialist. Bryan studied mathematics as an undergrad at UChicago before working as a modeling specialist in epidemiology at UChicago Medicine. Here they wrote simulations on the Midway computing clusters and building research infrastructure for multiple groups. They  love building tools and infrastructure for research and are completing a Master's in Computer Science at DePaul with a concentration in computer systems.
